between you ("you", "your", "user") and Kasra Live regarding your use of

the Indo Live mobile application and all related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Indo Live. By downloading,

installing, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

- Not have been previously banned or removed from our platform

By using Indo Live, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility

requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any

time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent

that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of Indo Live, you must create an account. When

registering, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

- Not share your account with others

- Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your

account or any security breach at: support.indolive@kasralive.com

3.3 Account Verification

We may require additional verification of your identity or age at any time.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in account restrictions

or termination.

4. USER CONDUCT

When using Indo Live, you agree to:

- Treat other users with respect and dignity

- Use the Services only for lawful purposes

- Follow all applicable laws and regulations

- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

- Not use automated systems or bots without our permission

- Not impersonate any person or entity

- Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

- Not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited communications

- Report violations of these Terms to us promptly

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You must not post, upload, stream, or share any content that:

5.1 Illegal Content

- Violates any applicable law or regulation

- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities

- Involves the sale of illegal goods or services

5.2 Harmful Content

- Contains violence, threats, or incitement to violence

- Promotes self-harm or suicide

- Contains graphic or gratuitous violence

5.3 Sexually Explicit Content

- Contains pornography or sexually explicit material

- Depicts sexual acts or nudity

- Promotes sexual services or prostitution

5.4 Minor Safety Violations

- Depicts, exploits, or endangers minors in any way

- Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

- Attempts to contact, groom, or exploit minors

5.5 Hate and Discrimination

- Promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual

orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

- Contains discriminatory or derogatory content

5.6 Harassment and Bullying

- Harasses, bullies, or intimidates individuals

- Contains personal attacks or defamation

- Reveals private information about others without consent

5.7 Fraud and Deception

- Contains false or misleading information

- Impersonates others or misrepresents identity

- Promotes scams or fraudulent schemes

5.8 Intellectual Property Violations

- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

- Contains pirated content or unauthorized reproductions

5.9 Spam and Manipulation

- Contains spam, excessive self-promotion, or repetitive content

- Attempts to manipulate rankings, views, or engagement metrics

- Uses bots or automated systems to inflate activity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to

suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such violations.

6. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (COINS)

================================================================

6.1 About Coins

Indo Live uses a virtual currency called "Coins" that can be used to access

various features and services within the app, including but not limited to:

- Sending virtual gifts to hosts and broadcasters

- Initiating private video calls

- Accessing premium features

6.2 Purchasing Coins

- Coins can only be purchased through Google Play using authorized payment

methods

- Coin prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase

- All prices are subject to change without prior notice

- Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase

6.3 Nature of Coins

- Coins are a limited license to use a virtual item within Indo Live

- Coins have no real-world monetary value

- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or real currency

- Coins are non-transferable between accounts

- Coins cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to third parties

6.4 Coin Expiration

- Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active

- Unused coins will be forfeited upon account termination

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

7.1 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase, you

agree to Google Play's terms of service and payment policies.

7.2 Pricing

- All prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase

- Prices may vary based on your location and currency

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time

- Price changes will not affect purchases already completed

7.3 Payment Authorization

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method

for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes.

7.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your purchase will not be completed. You

are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient

funds.

8. REFUND POLICY

8.1 General Policy

All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by

applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

8.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

- Unauthorized purchases (subject to investigation)

- Technical errors that prevented delivery of purchased items

- Duplicate charges for the same purchase

8.3 Refund Requests

To request a refund, you may:

- Contact Google Play support for purchases made through Google Play

8.4 Refund Abuse

Abuse of the refund process, including filing false chargeback claims, may

result in:

- Account suspension or termination

- Loss of all Coins and virtual items

- Legal action to recover losses

9. HOST AND BROADCASTER RULES

If you use Indo Live as a host or broadcaster, you agree to the following

additional rules:

9.1 Content Standards

- All content must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

- You must not broadcast prohibited content as defined in Section 5

- You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast

9.2 Earnings and Payments

- Hosts may earn virtual items or rewards based on user engagement

9.3 Professional Conduct

- You must treat viewers with respect

- You must not solicit personal information from viewers

- You must not encourage users to make purchases through false promises

- You must not engage in any form of fraud or deception

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Our Intellectual Property

Indo Live, including its logo, design, features, and content, is owned by

Kasra Live and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

- Use our trademarks without written permission

- Reverse engineer or decompile our software

- Create derivative works based on our Services

10.2 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license

to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with

these Terms.

10.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the

right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

11.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Indo Live.

However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,

royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,

distribute, and display your content in connection with the Services.

11.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share. You

represent and warrant that:

- You own or have the right to share your content

- Your content does not violate any third-party rights

- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

11.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without

prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of

these Terms.

- Google Play for purchases

- Firebase for authentication and analytics

- Agora and ZegoCloud for video communication

- OneSignal for notifications

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are

not responsible for the practices of third-party services, and your use of

such services is at your own risk.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF

ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

- WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT

- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

- THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES

- ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

- THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

15.1 Exclusion of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,

PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Loss of profits, revenue, or business

- Loss of data or content

- Loss of goodwill or reputation

- Personal injury or emotional distress

- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

15.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE

TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

- The amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim, OR

- One hundred US dollars ($100)

15.3 User Interactions

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

- We do not verify the identity, background, or intentions of users

- Interactions with other users are at your own risk

- We are not liable for any harm resulting from user interactions

- You should exercise caution when interacting with others

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kasra Live, its officers,

directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all

claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including

reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

- Your use of the Services

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of any rights of third parties

- Your content posted on the Services

- Any dispute between you and another user

17. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

17.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

- Using the account deletion feature in the app settings

- Submitting a request at: https://kasralive.com/delete-account.html

17.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice

or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Violation of these Terms or our policies

- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users

- Providing false or misleading information

- Receiving valid legal requests from authorities

- Extended periods of inactivity

- Any other reason at our sole discretion

17.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease

- Your access to your account and content will be revoked

- Any unused Coins or virtual items will be forfeited

- We may delete your content and data as described in our Privacy Policy

- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

17.4 No Refunds

Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds of any Coins, virtual items,

or other purchases, except as required by applicable law.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at

support.indolive@kasralive.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

18.2 Arbitration (Preferred Method)

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy

arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved

through binding arbitration administered by:

BANI Arbitration Center

(Indonesian National Board of Arbitration / Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia)

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with BANI rules in

effect at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall take place in

Jakarta, Indonesia, and shall be conducted in Indonesian or English language.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

18.3 Court Jurisdiction (Alternative)

If arbitration is not applicable or if either party seeks injunctive relief

for intellectual property infringement, disputes shall be submitted to:

District Court of Central Jakarta

(Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat)

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of this court.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON

AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE

ACTION. You waive any right to participate in class actions against us.

18.5 Time Limitation

Any claim arising from these Terms or the Services must be filed within one

(1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently

barred.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

When we make changes:

- For material changes, we may notify you through the app or via email

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services

and may request account deletion.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any

updates.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them or the Services

shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic

of Indonesia, including but not limited to:

- Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions

(ITE Law / Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik) and its

subsequent amendments

- Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 concerning Electronic Systems and

Transactions

- Other applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Communication and

Information Technology (MOMINFO / Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika)

The Services are operated in compliance with Indonesian digital regulations

and are subject to oversight by relevant Indonesian authorities.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in

Jakarta, Indonesia for the resolution of any disputes not subject to

arbitration.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or

unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

- That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make

it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall

be severed from these Terms

- The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect

- The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most

closely reflects the original intent

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a

waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our

prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without

restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations

due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited

to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
